Nutrition chart for fruits and vegetables, and other foods give pictorial information about the nutrient content of a food item. Our nutrition charts and tables for fruits, grains, sea food etc. are based the amount of a given nutrient per 100 gram of the edible portion of the food article. Kabuli chana nutrition facts, for example, are about the whole chana dry (without boiling). Similarly, papaya nutrition facts, are about only the flesh of papaya without the seeds or the outer skin. By giving the nutrients' amounts per fixed quantity (100 grams) of edible portions, the figures stand standardized, so we can be assured of fare comparisons among all foods

Many nutrients’ names are given in hindi or urdu so that you need not struggle to find meanings of english names. These food names are Indian. Calories are less in vegetables than other food groups.
